We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at shop.ohthatsneat@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
